Trip Fee & Cancellation Policy

At ShineMastersX, we value your time and strive to provide reliable and professional window cleaning services.

 

To ensure efficient scheduling and fairness to both our team and our clients, we have implemented the following trip fee and cancellation policy:

 

Trip Fee Policy: If our team arrives at the scheduled location and cannot perform the job due to circumstances beyond our control, a $99 trip fee will be charged.

 

This includes but is not limited to: Another company already performing the service. No access to the property or locked gates preventing entry.

 

Cancellation upon arrival or no one present to grant access (if required).

 

Unsafe working conditions that were not disclosed in advance.

 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will not incur a fee.

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a $99 cancellation fee.

 

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service cost, depending on the circumstances.
